In our organisation, the protection and security of personal data is given the highest priority. InVision AG collects and uses personal data only in accordance with the applicable statutory rules. In the paragraphs below, we explain to you the nature, scope and purpose of collecting and using personal data.
We collect personal data using data entry forms on the website. Our online forms ask you to provide us with personal contact data such as first name, last name, address and email address. For job applications, we will request additional information. Such data may be used only for the purposes indicated in each case.
Our website uses standard Internet technologies such as “cookies” and “web beacons” in order to trace your interaction with the website. “Cookies” are small text files that are stored locally in the temporary files folder of your Internet browser. They allow our server to re-identify your Internet browser. We also store website navigation data, such as your IP address, standard information about your web browser (type and language of browser) and the actions that you execute on our website. We also register the name of the website from which you visited us (so-called “referrer”). This data is collected for statistical purposes in order to optimise our web content and make the design more attractive. We do not merge this data with other personal data, such as the data which you enter in the contact form. We cannot identify you personally on the basis of this data.
One of the Internet technologies, which we also use on our website, is the web analysis tool, “Google Analytics”. This program uses “cookies” that are saved on your computer and that allow the website interaction to be analysed. The information about your use of the website as generated by the cookie (including your IP address) is transmitted to, and stored on, Google’s server located in the United States. Google uses this information in order to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports for the operator about the web activities, and to provide additional services related to the use of the website and the Internet. Google may in some cases also transmit such information to third parties, to the extent this is prescribed by law or the third parties are processing this data on behalf of Google. Under no circumstances will Google link your IP address to other data of Google. You may prevent the installation of cookies by making the appropriate adjustment in your browser settings. We must remind you, however, that in the event you disable our cookies, you may be unable to fully use all of the functions of the website. By using the website, you are expressing your consent to having Google process the data, which is collected about you, in the manner previously described and for the purposes previously indicated.
We collect and use personal data in order to communicate with you and to be able to provide you with the information requested.
We use the collected data, for example, to provide you with additional information about the products, services and events offered by InVision AG and its business partners. In the absence of your consent, your personal data will not be disclosed to any persons outside the corporate group who plan to use it for advertising or other purposes, unless such persons are acting in our name.
The personal data made available to us will be protected through technical measures and organisational security measures such that the data is safeguarded against access by unauthorised third parties, abuse or unlawful disclosure.
InVision AG reserves the right to change this notice regarding data protection. We would therefore ask you to observe the most recently updated version of our data protection statement.
